Лех
The resorts of Lech (1450 m) and Zürs (1716 m) form the western part of the Ski Arlberg ski region, which offers 280 km of slopes and 180 km of off-piste runs. Lech is considered one of Austria’s most exclusive and expensive resorts. In the upper part of Lech — the village of Oberlech — there is no car traffic during winter. Oberlech is connected to the main part of the resort by a lift (operating from 07:00 to 01:00). Zürs is recommended for fans of off-piste skiing and extreme sports. Many hotels offer ski-in/ski-out access. Arlberg is the only region in Austria where heli-skiing is available.
